DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR

PREVIOUSLY: SOCIAL COORDINATOR INTERN, VIDEO CONTENT CREATOR

My work with H\FC began in January 2023 as a UGC Content Creator, which soon transitioned into a Video Content Creator role, creating weekly Instagram Reels content and leading Reels growth. In my later role as a Social Coordinator Intern from June to August 2023, I revamped our Instagram strategy, which grew our following from 13.2K to 42.4K and almost tripled our engagement. During this time, I also spearheaded the creation of the H\FC blog and newsletter.

From August 2023 to May 2024 as Digital Marketing Coordinator, I led brand and content strategy via Instagram, led email marketing growth, grew our blog (Study Guide), and managed our Video Content Intern! Since August, we grew our Instagram community to over 58K, with an average engagement of 9%! Our weekly newsletter has also seen some makeovers in my time, and has evolved into a great resource for our community of students to find endless job opportunities and education content that helps them grow in their career!

Follower Growth: 340% increase from 13.2K to 58K

Engagement Rate: 200% increase from 3%-9% average

The official launch of the H\FC Instagram began in 2023 with an uncertain direction and creative vision — this soon evolved, with the evolution of brand strategy, into a student-centric hub for education, relatability, and youthful empowerment.
