In addition to legislative work, such as taking constituent calls and writing research memos to aid legislative drafting, I also worked with Meeks’ Communications Director to write daily social copy for Twitter and Facebook, highlighting causes and events.
Most importantly, I worked for the first time in a Public Relations capacity, drafting time-sensitive and legislation enforcing press releases on behalf of Meeks.
